Price Match Policy

At Elite Robotics Supply, we are committed to offering competitive pricing on our home, business, and commercial automation products.

If you find a lower advertised price from an eligible U.S.-based competitor for the exact same product, we may be able to match that price when the offer meets the requirements outlined below.

Price Match requests are subject to verification and approval by Elite Robotics Supply.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a Price Match, contact us before completing your purchase.

Please provide:

  • The product name and model number

  • The competitor's name

  • A link to the competitor's product page

  • The competitor's advertised price

  • A screenshot or other documentation of the qualifying offer, if requested

Price Match Eligibility

To qualify for a Price Match:

  • The competitor's product must be the exact same product, including brand, model number, specifications, configuration, and condition.

  • The product must be new and unused.

  • The product must be currently in stock and available for purchase from the competitor.

  • The competitor must be an established U.S.-based retailer or authorized seller when manufacturer authorization is applicable.

  • The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and verifiable.

  • The competitor must be able to fulfill and ship the product to the customer's delivery location.

  • Any applicable shipping, freight, handling, or mandatory delivery charges will be considered when comparing the total price.

Price matching is based on the competitor's total comparable purchase price before applicable sales tax.

Offers That Do Not Qualify

The following generally do not qualify for Price Matching:

  • Used, refurbished, open-box, damaged, or pre-owned products

  • Auction websites

  • Marketplace sellers or individual third-party sellers

  • Liquidation or closeout sales

  • Clearance pricing

  • Pricing errors or obvious website errors

  • Going-out-of-business sales

  • Membership-only pricing

  • Employee discounts

  • Private or individually negotiated offers

  • Coupon-code offers that are not publicly available

  • Rebates

  • Gift-card promotions

  • Buy One, Get One promotions

  • Bundled offers where the individual product price cannot be verified

  • Financing incentives

  • Trade-in offers

  • Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other limited major holiday promotions

  • Custom, configured, made-to-order, or special-order products unless specifically approved

  • Offers that cannot be independently verified by Elite Robotics Supply

Manufacturer Pricing Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to manufacturer pricing requirements or other restrictions.

Where applicable, Elite Robotics Supply will comply with manufacturer pricing policies and applicable contractual requirements.

A Price Match cannot be approved when doing so would violate an applicable manufacturer pricing restriction or other requirement.

Shipping & Freight Costs

Shipping and freight charges are included when determining whether a competitor's offer represents a lower total comparable price.

For example, if a competitor advertises a lower product price but charges additional freight or delivery fees, those charges may be included when comparing the competitor's total price with the Elite Robotics Supply offer.

Applicable sales tax is not included when determining the qualifying Price Match amount.

Approval of Price Match Requests

Submitting a Price Match request does not guarantee approval.

Elite Robotics Supply will verify the competitor, product, availability, pricing, shipping charges, and other applicable conditions before approving a request.

If approved, we will provide instructions or an adjusted offer before you complete your purchase.

Price Match eligibility may vary by product, manufacturer, supplier, and availability.

Pricing Errors

Elite Robotics Supply is not required to match prices that reasonably appear to result from typographical errors, technical errors, incorrect product listings, unauthorized offers, or other pricing mistakes.

We also reserve the right to correct pricing errors appearing on our own website.

Changes to This Policy

Elite Robotics Supply may update or modify this Price Match Policy from time to time.

Any changes will apply to Price Match requests submitted after the updated policy is posted.
