Any Price Match Guarantee or similar pricing program offered by Elite Robotics Supply is governed by the separate terms of that program.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us to charge all amounts associated with your approved purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please review our Shipping Policy for delivery details. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless Elite Robotics Supply expressly provides a written delivery guarantee.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Manufacturer processing times;

  • Product availability;

  • Freight-carrier schedules;

  • Weather;

  • Supply-chain disruptions;

  • Customs or regulatory requirements;

  • Delivery-location accessibility; or

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Elite Robotics Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, suppliers, customs authorities, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that the delivery location can safely accommodate the purchased product.

Large, heavy, commercial, or freight-shipped products may require special delivery arrangements.

Risk of loss and title to purchased products will transfer in accordance with applicable law and any shipping terms disclosed for the applicable order.

Customers should inspect deliveries promptly and report visible shipping damage, missing components, or delivery discrepancies as soon as reasonably possible.

Elite Robotics Supply is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made from our store are transactions directly between you and Elite Robotics Supply.

Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Elite Robotics Supply and is not responsible for fulfillment, product performance, warranties, shipping, returns, refunds, or other obligations arising from transactions between you and Elite Robotics Supply, except to the extent expressly required by applicable law or Shopify's own terms.

Product warranties, if any, may be provided directly by the applicable manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranty terms may vary by product and manufacturer.

Elite Robotics Supply does not expand, modify, or replace a manufacturer's warranty unless we expressly agree to do so in writing.

EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY ELITE ROBOTICS SUPPLY OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE ARISE BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ELITE ROBOTICS SUPPLY AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
