ShadeSmart offers 268 square and 269 arch cassette systems, subject to configuration and fabric availability. We confirm the applicable minimum and maximum dimensions before accepting an order.

Smart-home control

Smart-home compatibility depends on the exact motor and controller selected. Standard AOK and DOOYA smart-home configurations require the corresponding hub or receiver. Matter-compatible motor options are available for compatible ecosystems; the exact model, accessories and platform support will be confirmed in your quote.

Delivered pricing and fulfillment

Your quote is based on the exact shade dimensions, fabric, cassette, motor, controller and delivery address. We confirm the total delivered cost, including shipping, customs clearance and applicable duties, before payment. Shades are made to order and shipped directly by ShadeSmart. Production and delivery timing are confirmed for each order.

Manufacturer warranty

ShadeSmart confirms a 3-year warranty on shade products and a 5-year warranty on motors. Manufacturing defects and product quality issues qualify for replacement and replacement shipment at no additional cost following supplier review. Transit damage is reviewed with supporting evidence. Photos and videos are required for claims. Remakes and shipping resulting from incorrect installation or customer handling are chargeable.
